Our Lady's Catholic Primary School acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and Leeds City Council requirements.
Child Protection and Safeguarding Leads
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, but the designated staff for child protection and safeguarding here at Our Lady's are:
Mrs Flaherty is our Designated Child Protection and Safeguarding Lead (s.flaherty@ourladys.org).
Mrs Ince (l.ince@ourladys.org), Mrs Casson (k.casson@ourladys.org), Mrs Whitehead (l.whitehead@ourladys.org) and Miss James (s.james@ourladys.org) are our Deputy Child Protection and Safeguarding Leads.
Mr Gibbons is the designated Governor for safeguarding and Miss Caden is the online safety lead.
If you have any issues or concerns about the safety or well-being of a pupil, please contact our CPO's immediately on 0113 2329031.
For parents with concerns outside of school working hours please contact the CPO's via Class Dojo or email.
